Really dug his S/T on Tee Pee from 2010. Way past time to jump on this sophomore effort. Nothing dead about the meadow of this organic beauty. Sounds live and well to these ears. Thanks for releasing this on CD! Received. Spun. Loved. Thank you! SabbathJeff

Amazed by The Warlocks since I heard “Rise & Fall, EP & Rarities”. Such a glorious revelation, a treasure. A perfect collection, fits together & fits me so well. An immersive experience, like an ecosystem & state of mind I could thrive in. It’s up there with “Exile..” by The Stones. Sincerely. Gimme every demo please, every outtake 😊. Extra Supa Dope Love ‘n’ Thanx. Keep Shakin’ That Dope Out (and putting it back in again) 🕊 j1m1

This is Jason's most fully realized solo record, and the songwriting is great front-to-back. He puts his usual psychedelic guitar textures on a set of songs rooted in Americana. "A Venerable Wreck" is Cosmic Country — in the best way possible. 10watt
